Single-Ply Roofing Membranes
Our roofing membranes are available in 45 mil, 60 mil, or 80 mil thickness. They can be fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballast depending on which method is best for your project application. Learn more about the difference between these attachment methods at our Resource Center.

EPDM Roofing Systems
The EPDM membrane is one of the longest lasting of all single-ply membranes. It is made from a high-strength, durable, synthetic rubber compound (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) that weathers well in a variety of climates. It is also lightweight, which makes it ideal for new constructions and retrofit installations. Majority of our EPDM systems are fully adhered, and we offer a fleece-backed EPDM membrane, which works in conjunction with this attachment method to provide additional adherence.
TPO Roofing Systems
TPO stands for “Thermoplastic Polyolefin” and is made from polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber. It is one of the most popular roofing options because it is extremely cost-effective. Its wide membrane sheets mean that it requires fewer seams and, therefore, reduced labor costs. TPO roofs have a thick ply, giving them higher resistance to harsh weather elements, ponding water, and fugus. They also have heat-welded seams for strength and watertight integrity and is also available fully adhered and mechanically attached.
DecTec
PVC Roofing Systems
PVC Roofing Systems combine the tough qualities of PVC, polyvinyl chloride with plasticizers that make this membrane pliable. These single-ply membranes provide excellent resistance to fire, UV rays, airborne bacteria, and industrial pollutants (such as air conditioning coolants). Frequently used in restaurants, it offers good durability and is not affected by grease or the elements.
PVC membranes are lightweight, energy efficient and have heat-welded seam strength. They are also prefabricated, meaning that the manufacturer completes most of the seams in PVC membranes before they are installed. This reduces weakness in the product. PVC roofing systems are commonly mechanically attached, creating a durable structure that is able to withstand the contraction and expansion of a building over its lifetime.
SBS Mod Bit Roofing Systems
Short for “Modified Bitumen,” our SBS Bit MOD roofing systems install quickly and cleanly to a wide range of substrates. These roofing systems are durable with a smooth surface. Their unique combination of polymers pairs with strong reinforcements to ensure longevity. Mod Bit roofing systems are available in a variety of colors, are easy to repair, and are highly versatile.
